Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of your order. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping is based off the weight of your order unless we are offering free shipping. 

Once USPS picks up and scans your order, we are no longer responsible for delays in shipping, lost, or damaged packages. Please allow up to 24 hours For USPS to update their system of movements on their packages. Please confirm that all shipping information is correct before placing your order. Any orders returned because of an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee. Graceful Wares is not responsible for incorrect addresses.
